VideoFAQ
Why is there no sound or vibration when I turn it on?
This is normal. The cleaner is contact-activated, meaning it starts working only when the tip contacts a tooth, tartar, or another hard surface. This is an intentional safety feature.
How do I start using it correctly?
Fully charge the device first.
Screw on the tip securely.
Turn it on.
Gently touch the tip to a tooth or tartar to begin.
Use a light touch — do not press.
Why is it designed this way?
The contact-activated design helps protect your pet. The device works on hard surfaces, but stops when not in contact, helping reduce unnecessary contact with gums, tongue, or soft tissue.
What surfaces will activate it?
The cleaner activates on teeth, tartar, and other hard surfaces.
It may also activate on metal for a quick function check.
My pet is nervous. What should I do?
This is very common at first. We recommend:
short sessions
treats and breaks
using it when your pet is calm or tired
a light touch only
asking someone to help if needed
Most pets do better after a gradual introduction.
Is it safe for cats and dogs?
Yes. It is designed for both dogs and cats. However, comfort levels vary by pet, and some cats or sensitive pets may need a slower introduction.
It seems too strong. What is the best technique?
Use the gentlest mode first and let the tip do the work.
Do not press hard. Short, gentle contact works better than force.
It does not remove tartar instantly. Is that normal?
Yes. For heavier buildup, results may take time. The best approach is gradual, consistent cleaning rather than trying to remove everything in one session.
What if my pet will not tolerate it?
If your pet strongly resists, stop and try again later with a shorter, calmer session. Building trust slowly usually works better than forcing the process.
How do I clean the device after use?
Rinse the tip, wipe the body clean, and dry it before storing. Keep the device clean for best performance.
What if it still does not work?
Please make sure:
the battery is charged
the tip is attached correctly
you are touching a tooth, tartar, or another hard surface
If it still does not work, contact us, and we will gladly help with troubleshooting, a replacement, or a refund.
